Dr. Sura Zwain is our Obstetrics & Gynecology Consultant at Danat Al Emarat Hospital. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Sura is experienced in the management of high risk pregnancies, normal and operative vaginal deliveries, cesarean section, hysterectomy, myomectomy, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cystectomy, tubal ligation, colporrhaphy (anterior and posterior), hysteroscopy, diagnostic laparoscopic surgery, colposcopy, repair of all degrees of perineal tears and insertion and removal of cervical cerclage, family planning, primary and secondary infertility, vaginal tightening and vulval rejuvenation procedure using Laser technology . Dr. Sura worked in many reputable medical organizations in UAE, Iraq and Jordan. She was also a lecturer at Al Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq.
Dr. Sura earned her Medical Degree of MBChB from Al Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq, 1999. She then went to complete Part 1 of Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists Membership (MRCOG), 2006. She is Arab Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CABOG) since 2008. Dr. Sura earned her Diploma in ultrasound for obstetrics & gynecology from University of Sharjah, UAE, in 2016. As well as, she’s a member in Iraqi Medical Association and Jordan Medical Association.
