Speaker:

Hamad Saif Belmahaina is the ICV Development Manager in the Commercial Directorate of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). In his role, as Chairman of Certification Bodies Council, Belmahaina is responsible for the smooth implementation and monitoring of the company’s In-Country Value (ICV) program. In addition, part of his role is to monitor and coordinate the ADNOC appointed ICV certifying bodies.  Belmahaina has over 12 years’ experience in the Audit field, starting his career in the Financial Audit Department, Dubai. He joined ADNOC in 2014 as a Senior Internal Auditor, before moving to Group Procurement in 2018. He graduated with a Master’s degree in applied finance & Banking, from the University of Wollongong, UAE.

Salman Sajid, Executive Director, ICV Practice Leader, Baker Tilly

Mr. Sajid is working as Executive Director in Advisory, and his responsibilities include effective and efficient assignment planning, execution, and delivery, keeping in view company standards. He is currently leading the ICV Practice. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing both programs with a portfolio of 1,900 clients. Salman Sajid is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
