| Hamad Saif Belmahaina is the ICV Development Manager in the Commercial Directorate of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). In his role, as Chairman of Certification Bodies Council, Belmahaina is responsible for the smooth implementation and monitoring of the company’s In-Country Value (ICV) program. In addition, part of his role is to monitor and coordinate the ADNOC appointed ICV certifying bodies. Belmahaina has over 12 years’ experience in the Audit field, starting his career in the Financial Audit Department, Dubai. He joined ADNOC in 2014 as a Senior Internal Auditor, before moving to Group Procurement in 2018. He graduated with a Master’s degree in applied finance & Banking, from the University of Wollongong, UAE. |
