  1. Recitation from the Holy Quran
  2. Welcome Address by the Chairman
  3. Minutes of AGM held on 22nd November 2022 for adoption
  4. Annual Report by the President Board Members
  5. Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 duly audited together with Auditors Report for Approval
  6. General discussions on next year’s plan
  7. Any other matter with the permission of Chair
