EDUCATION
Dr. Qaiser is a graduate of Business Administration in Karachi. He completed his Master and Doctorate (PhD) in Management Accounting in U.S.A.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER
He started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers (A.F. Ferguson &Company Chartered Accountants) in Karachi Pakistan for 6 years thereafter moved to KPMG UAE as Manager for 2 years.
He is the Managing Director of Alliott Management Consulting (AMC) and a Managing Partner of Alliott Hadi Shahid, Chartered Accountants (AHS), both established in 1976 with offices in United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Afghanistan. AMC and AHS are member firms of Alliott Group – a worldwide alliance of independent accounting, law and consulting firms. Alliott Group hasmore than 160 member firms in some 60 countries.

Dr. Qaiseris a member of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants, fellow member of The Institute of International Financial Accountants of UK and British Institute of Management and The Institute of C.P.A., Ireland; Associate member of the American Management Association, New York; affiliated member of the Association of International Accountants, Institute of Financial Consultants, U.S.A., Association of Fraud Examiners, UAE Accountants and Auditors Association and also a member of Islamabad Stock Exchange, Pakistan.
BUSINESS GROUPS’ MEMBERSHIP
He holds membership in various professional bodies. He is one of the founding members of American Business Group (American Chamber of Commerce) including the American Business Group (AmCham) where he serves as a Board of Director and Nominating Committee Chairman since its inception in 1996. He is one of the members of AmCham’s constitutional committee. He is also a former board member of the Abu Dhabi Council of Economic Development from 2008-2009.
PAKISTAN BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL COUNCIL
Dr. Qaiser was the founding President of Pakistan Business Professional Council(PBPC), Abu Dhabi since 2004. And currently elected as President of PBPC Abu Dhabi for the year 2020-2022. As President of PBPC, Dr. Qaiser leads the Pakistan Business Professional Council in all the forums in UAE, organized many functions to achieve the objectives of the Council, and contributed immensely with Pakistan’s Trade and Commerce by conducting many successful investor conferences in UAE, Muscat, Oman for Pakistan companies. As President of Pakistan Business Professional Council, he arranged in sending delegations to Pakistan through the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry to participate in Pakistan Expo 2005 and Pakistan Expo 2006. Further, he introduced Pakistan capital-market funds in UAE and GCC countries for non-resident Pakistanis, other nationalities, and financial institutions; arranged MOU’s with Central Depository Company with: Abu Dhabi Securities Market and Dubai Financial Market. He worked with Abu Dhabi Securities Market and Dubai Financial Market for listing Pakistani quoted companies in the two markets. He arranged the MOU signing by taking Lahore Stock Exchange and Karachi Stock Exchange’s prominent figures of the sector to Abu Dhabi in which it had been concurred by the Securities Market Directors and Executives.
He arranged the Capital Market function together with Central Depository Company of Pakistan on 18th September and 20th September in Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi and Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai.
Leading the Pakistan Business Professional Council together and Irish Business Council for organizing the 6th Annual Business Groups Forum function in Emirates Palace Hotel (This Abu Dhabi Business Groups Forum comprise of 18 Business Councils). The function had been attended by 1,000 delegates.
He successfully arranged Pakistan stock exchange conferences in Abu Dhabi and Bahrain led by Islamabad Stock Exchange where more than US$ 258 million of funds invested in Pakistan capital market. The conferences were attended by more than 200 delegates from Pakistan and 100 delegates from UAE. He received an award from the President of Pakistan for arranging this event.
Dr. Qaiser magnificently arranged an investors’ conference in coordination with American Business Group in Abu Dhabi addressed by the Ambassador of Pakistan identifying investment opportunities in Pakistan led to many of the American companies visited Pakistan for exploring investment opportunities.
Appointed by the Pakistan Ambassador in UAE as Coordinator for preparing constitution of Pakistan Center which was successfully prepared and approved by all the Committee members and the Pakistan Embassy.
Speaker on many forums projecting Pakistan for investment, transfer of technology, and development of the image of Pakistan.
Appointed by Pakistan Ambassador in UAE as member of constitution committee of Pakistan Business Council UAE. Worked to finalize and got the constitution approved by the Abu Dhabi authorities.
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Dr. Qaiser is deeply committed to philanthropy and corporate responsibility. He worked for public and private sector assignments ranging from UNICEF, government projects, large, medium, and small-sized businesses. One of the Board of Trustees of Islamic Mission Hospital Trust (IMHT), a 100-bed hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. He is as well a Trustee in IMHT School of Nursing- a medical school that provides education in medical care to those who are in need and cannot afford, on a non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political basis.
Serving as Honorary Auditor of the Swiss Business Council. He served as Chairman of the Pakistan Institute of Science and Technology and Economics (PISTEC). He was appointed the Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Arab Pakistan (SKBZAP) School, Abu Dhabi. Formerly holds the Chairman of the Academic Committee of SKBZAP.
